We provide free assessments and estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work required once the project begins.

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, credit cards, and financing options where available. For insurance claims, we work directly with your insurance company when applicable.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
FL Restoration Masters stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Our standard mold remediation warranty covers re-treatment if mold returns to treated areas under normal conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FL Restoration Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
